Upkeep

Upkeep : Operational Fee Payment

Upkeep is intended to cover operational costs, including personnel, facilities, and services for the management team. Key holders have two options for handling Upkeep:

  1. Full Profit Sharing:

    • Key holders can receive 100% of the shared business profits by paying a small Upkeep fee. This fee ensures that operational costs are covered while maximizing the profits distributed to key holders.

  2. Alternative Profit Sharing:

    • Key holders can choose to allocate approximately 10% of their profits to the management team instead of paying the Upkeep fee. This option provides flexibility while ensuring that key holders still contribute to operational costs and retain most of their profits.
